I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you for sorting out all that furniture at the last minute. When I phoned on Thursday it felt a bit like a task from The Apprentice, well I can confirm that if I was Sir Alan there is no doubt you would be hearing the words 'You're Hired!' I know how pleased we are with the excellent service we have received since switching to Solcrown and when I called the other day I felt you wanted to help me out every step of the way.

We have used you for several years and I thought I should write a quick email to say how good (fantastic actually) the customer service standard is. We mostly deal with Dawn, but sometimes with other operators and yesterday Christian, I think. They are unfailingly polite, efficient and cheerful. The same goes for your delivery guy. Not sure what your trick is, but it works. Sorry it’s taken so long to say this, but it’s true!
